Introduction
Symbiotic describes a relationship where different organisms depend on one another to thrive. Inspired by the relationship between flowers and bees, the project translates this idea into teamwork among teenagers, visualizing how different roles and contributions can come together through collaboration.
The Insight

Many high school students struggle to understand the value of teamwork, often approaching group projects individually. Differences in responsibility, communication, and motivation can lead to unbalanced participation. This project reframes teamwork as a process built on cooperation, trust, and collective effort.
Poster Design

The flower illustrated at the center of the poster abstractly represents the relationship between flowers and bees—different entities working through various processes to ultimately benefit one another. Each layered petal appears in a distinct color and distribution, with each color representing a specific stage of teamwork. At the bottom, a legend explains how to strengthen collaboration, detailing the meaning of each color and its contribution percentage to the final outcome.
Collaboration Cards

The collaboration cards simplify key information from the posters into accessible content, designed to be distributed to students throughout the campaign and highlight the importance of each session.
